Hitch drank Johnnie Walker Black blended scotch whiskey, and you would never see Ice or mix in his glass. lol :D [link] [link]

Sure but this is a quote of Clarence Seward Darrow :D

Personally I'm not a fan of whiskey at all, but that's just me I guess :P

Yes but the description says "please raise a glass in memory of Hitchens."lol I am not a fan of sour mash,I like 12 year to 21 year old scotch whiskey, Hitchens and I shared a similar partiality to blended scotch the brand of choice being Johnnie Walker Black (aka Mr. Walker's amber restorative).lol As the mighty Hitch once said, " Even if it makes you look like a brand snob, do specify a label when ordering spirits in particular. I once researched this for a solemn article and found that if you just ask for, say, vodka-and-tonic the barman is entitled to give you whatever he has on hand, which is often a two-handled jug labeled “Vodka” under the bar. It can be even worse with scotch, where imitation blends are rife. Pick a decent product and stay with it. Upgrade yourself, for Chrissake. Do you think you are going to live forever?" ;) lol

That a believer is happier than a nonbelieve is no more to the point than a drunk man being happier than a sober one.

I think that's too cliché. ;p

I think it's better when you say it's like heroin while gesturing the act of shooting up.

They raise their hand to their mouth and look at me like I just stabbed them in the heart. :meow:

It affects them definitely.

Well, maybe "stabbed in the heart" is a bit harsh. Their reaction doesn't make them cry, but it disturbs them. I literally act like I'm shooting up, dipping my head back and fluttering my eyes and say, "Oooh yeahhhh". Gets 'em pretty good.
